How I work…

I don’t just manage your social media (that’s what I was doing when I first started out in the industry seven years ago!)

These days, I partner with wellness businesses to design and execute marketing campaigns across social, email and influencers – so each channel strengthens the others.

Every decision I make is with commercial outcomes in mind: Bookings, sales, enquiries and long-term brand building.

I work closely with founders, marketing managers and teams who want a trusted partner to help them see the full picture, make decisions and follow through on everything.

My focus is on thoughtful planning, creating a clear direction with a deep understanding of how wellness brands need to show up to be taken seriously and chosen.

I’ve spent seven years in social…

Including five years in a PR agency delivering campaigns for brands such as Papa Johns International, Whole Earth, Bluey and Sylvanian Families.

Alongside my agency work, I’ve delivered content and campaigns for brands including LuluLemon, Sweaty Betty and TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance – I’ve got years on both the strategic and execution side of marketing.

For the last few years, my work has focused almost exclusively on wellness businesses. I’ve worked across retreats, clinics, studios, product brands and experience-led venues – supporting them through various growth phases from startup launch to well-established operations working within a team.

I’ve found wellness marketing requires something different to other industries – consumers are shopping for solutions so your brand needs to be front and centre to answer their call.
