The Soul Spa had capacity (three practitioners, five sound baths daily) but not the visibility. Saturdays were busy, Sundays consistently quiet, and most people in Bath didn't know they existed. Built a Notion planner covering their marketing calendar, data tracking, content planning, and task management – so their marketing exec could stay on top of everything without burning out.
